Une utilisation et un entretien appropriés de votre couteau à haute teneur en carbone sont essentiels pour éviter la rouille et prolonger sa durée de vie.
- Il est recommandé de laver la lame à l'eau chaude et de la sécher soigneusement après chaque utilisation.
- Ne nettoyez pas votre couteau dans le lave-vaisselle.
- Évitez de couper les produits congelés ou les os.
- Conservez votre couteau dans un endroit sec et évitez toute exposition prolongée à l'humidité.
- Appliquez une petite quantité d'huile alimentaire sur la lame pour la protéger de l'humidité, en essuyant l'excédent avant chaque utilisation.
- Vérifiez régulièrement que le couteau ne présente aucun signe de rouille et prenez les mesures appropriées pour l'éliminer rapidement.

The knife is very nice & sharp, buyt I haven’t been able to use it because it smells very musty. I’m not sure if this mustiy smell delevoped durihng storage or shipping of the knife. All of the boxes (shipping, 2 knives, sheath) smelt musty & I had to get them out of my house because of the smell. The knife has been in my enclosed porch since it arrived because of the smell.

Ce couteau d’aspect rustique pèse son poids, mais tient bien en main. La partie plus étroite de la lame est bien pratique pour les petits morceaux, la partie la plus large est efficace sur les plus gros. Le tranchant est irréprochable.
